Client Details

Our client is a stable manufacturing company with a manufacturing plant in PRC, and they are expanding and hiring an FM to join their large finance team.

Description

• Oversee the management and coordination of intercompany transactions.
• Ensure the accurate review and recording of intercompany invoices.
• Validate payment documents and process payment vouchers and ensure smooth payment workflows.
• Reconcile account balances and confirm accuracy with intercompany affiliates.
• Track and generate reports on Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) activity.
• Prepare and process manual debit/credit notes, coordinating with intercompany stakeholders.
• Compile detailed financial reports in line with compliance standards and company policies.
• Develop and maintain budget schedules and documentation.
• Take on ad hoc projects and reporting tasks as directed by management.

Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Finalist or member of HKICPA, ACCA is preferred
• At least 5 years of solid experience in a large firm, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Competent with Microsoft Office and expert in Excel
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Around 20 % travel to the PRC
