Description

• Uphold the company's brand reputation during handovers and beyond.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the department's standard operating procedures.
• Support efforts to establish and maintain high brand standards in upcoming development.
• Address enquiries and complaints from owners and residents, providing effective follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless handovers for new developments.
• Support teammates to deliver exceptional service.

Profile

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management/ Property Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in property handover or customer service.
• Mandatory experience in managing the handover of luxury residential properties.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation and analytically abilities, capable of resolving issues confidently and autonomously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers, demonstrating a proactive, adaptable, and efficient approach.
