Description
- Utilise internal CRM software system to track, engage, and convert inbound leads.
- Offer expert guidance on professional corporate services.
- Provide a comprehensive introduction of company service, ensuring clients have clear expectations.
- Follow a structured sales approach, using calls, emails, and the client's preferred communication method.
- Proactively follow up and facilitating smooth on boarding for new clients.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure streamlined service delivery for newly on boarded customers.
- Leveraging opportunities to expand into new markets.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales.
- Prior exposure to IT/ corporate services is advantageous.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-driven, and highly self-motivated.
- Exceptional communication skills, results-driven mindset.
- Welcome IANG visa holder.
