Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and proactively engage potential customers to promote loan products and services offered by the bank.

- Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine their eligibility for loans and recommend suitable loan options.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

- Collaborate with other departments within the bank, such as credit analysis and underwriting teams, to facilitate smooth loan processing and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for business growth and development.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a loan portfolio and consistently meeting individual and team performance goals.



Requirements:

- HKDSE or equivalent.

- Fluent in Cantonese, basic in English.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and effectively convey loan options and terms.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
