Assistant Accountant (AR focus)

About the Role:

• Responsible for account receivable and account payable.
• Prepare customer invoices, credit notes and rebates based on company policy and customer contracts.
• Handle data entry, prepare accounting schedules and billing transaction.
• Report to Assistant Finance Manager and work as a team
• Assist in ad hoc duties upon request.

The Successful Applicant:

• Associate Degree, Diploma in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or other disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Self-motivated, team player and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
