About The Client
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits to join a sizeable conglomerate. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all functions related to Compensation, Benefits and HR operations, ensuring alignment with the bank's objectives and compliance with regulations.

About The Role

  • Lead and manage all aspects of Compensation and Benefits, including payroll, rewards, and benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support the bank's strategic goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and standards.
  • Analyze market trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align C&B initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and communication regarding compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits management, ideally with experience gained from mixed industries with diverse culture.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Relevant HR qualifications and certifications are highly regarded.
