Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute IT audit assignments and compliance assessments for the Bank's IT infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct periodic regulatory compliance reviews and gap analyses to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
- Participate in IT governance reviews and assessments, manage audit relationships with IT units, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and evaluate IT risk areas, and enhance the audit process by implementing comprehensive audit standards, methodologies, and techniques.
- Undertake ad-hoc audit projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Information Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or technology risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Relevant IT audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity-related regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in developing and managing Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) programs and related systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
