A Hong Kong Listed Developer is looking for a Senior Property Officer to join their property management team for upcoming handover projects

About the Role

• Handle all the handover process for upcoming development
• Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works
• Inspect and defect checking with the new owners
• Follow up and arrange repair and maintenance works with contractors and owners
• Handle customers inquiries and complaints
• Coach and support teammates by providing training on delivering excellent service

The successful applicants

• High Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property Management or other related disciplines
• 4 years or above property management experience, residential handover experience is a must
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good negotiation and analytical skill on resolving problems independently and confidently
