Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage A&A and AEI projects focused on shopping malls from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
• Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic project management team, promoting a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices to uphold high standards in project delivery.
• Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure effective resource allocation while managing schedules and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop strategies for mitigation, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• ~10 years of project management experience specifically in A&A and AEI for shopping malls within the property development sector.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Building Surveying background is a plus
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
