They are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Process & Technology Director to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and leverage advanced technologies such as ERP systems and AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
About the Role
The Director will play a key role in integrating and optimizing manufacturing processes through the implementation and management of ERP systems, leading transformation projects, and applying AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, digital transformation, and emerging technologies to support our company's strategic growth. As a team lead, you will drive digital transformation initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications, such as predictive maintenance, quality control, and process AI models and analytics tools to enhance manufacturing performance. You will also conduct process analysis and recommend improvements leveraging ERP data and AI insights as well as monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for upgrades and integrations. Lastly, stay current with industry trends related to manufacturing technology, ERP advancements, and AI innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing,Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and operational best practices
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning applications in manufacturing settings will be a major plus
- Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and tool
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
