About the Role :

• Plan and develop training programs to ensure sales' performance is align with company's service standard
• Work closely with retail team to support them in achieving KPIs
• Implement programs to develop sales professionalism in the market
• Provide product training and support to the retail Team on customer inquiries

The Successful Candidate :

• Degree holder in related discipline is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related retail training experience
• Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast pace environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
