Our client is a well-known property management company and they are seeking an Assistant Manager (IT Project Management) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager with extensive experience in vendor management, business partnership, and property management system implementation. They should also have a strong background in workflow automation, IoT, smart technology, and be a collaborative team player.

• Oversee the implementation of property management systems and associated IT solutions
• Manage projects related to workflow automation and IoT/smart technology integration
• Act as a business partner to various departments, understanding their IT needs and providing innovative solutions
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT solutions
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the IT department

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6-8 years of work experience in project management and vendor management, preferably working at property, SI and telecommunication industries
• Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS) and its workflow
• Knowledge of workflow automation, IoT, and smart technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese
