Our client is one of the leaders in the sportswear market. They are looking for a training expert to closely work with retail team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement in-store training programs for retail staff focusing on sales techniques, service skills, and coaching. Utilize various formats such as shop visits, in-person demonstrations, and case studies, ensuring that all content aligns with headquarters' standards.
• Track sales performance to ensure that outcomes meet the objectives established in the training.
• Provide feedback on shop staff performance to aid in ongoing performance evaluations.
• Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs by creating innovative approaches and techniques, while integrating support with sales operations.
• Work alongside the Retail Manager and Product Manager to develop and execute regular training initiatives.
• Oversee training budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs.
• Facilitate sales orientation for all new employees in both office and retail settings.
• Handle complaints and devise action plans for improvement.
• Offer support for retail operations as required.

Requirements:

• A diploma in Training and Development, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and customer service training, particularly with lifestyle and sports brands.
• Strong knowledge of the "Footwear" and "Sportswear" categories, with experience in a multinational brand.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
