Our client is looking for a high calibre to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals, tailored to the specific characteristics of different channels to boost sales.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated with sales objectives. This includes formulating pricing strategies, analyzing sales performance, and pinpointing new growth opportunities.
- Market Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and consumer behaviors to capitalize on growth prospects.
- Budget Management: Oversee the trade promotion budget and listing fees, ensuring that marketing initiatives are cost-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to enhance synergy across Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BLT) marketing, promotions, and stock availability.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-departmental projects such as the annual budgeting process, SKU rationalization, and the digitalization of processes.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
