About the Client
A key industry leader with a good brand reputation is currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources.
About the Role
- Handle the payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely conduction
- Support on checking salary data, monitoring payroll systems, leave data, provident fund, taxation, medical and life insurance administration
- Coordinate the off-boarding process for the assigned job levels, including final payments and separation documents preparation
- Work closely with Finance department to ensure adequate information is provided for accurate bookkeeping and payroll payments
- Monitor the development and maintenance of employee data records in HRIS, personnel documentation, and employee handbooks
- Assist in all annual remuneration related exercises
- Consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll / C&B Operations and HRIS gained preferably from Property related sector
- Experience of handling payroll processing
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, self-starter and a good team player with enthusiasm
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer
