About the company

Our client is a well-established fund management firm with offices in Hong Kong, US and UK. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for an (Assistant) Manager, PR & Corporate Communications for their Communications team.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Head of Communications, you are responsible for developing PR and corporate communications strategies to enhance company branding and awareness in HK and Asia Pacific markets. You have to formulate communications plans for both online and offline channels (including company website, social media & videos, SEO and E-Platforms etc.). You will manage and prepare bilingual materials for management speeches, newsletters, media interviews, marketing collaterals, company publications as well as organizing investors' events in overseas to build company's branding. Besides client engagement activities, you are also required to support internal communications and crisis management tasks to achieve company objectives effectively.

The successful applicant:

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder, preferably in Corporate Communications, PR or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in PR & corporate communications in financial services industry with PR agency background preferred.
• Previous experience working in Funds Management / Equity Funds / Asset Management / Real Estate is definitely an advantage.
• Multi-tasking, strong ownership and able to work independently.
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Occasional travel to overseas will be required.
• Immediately available is a plus.
