About the company

Our client is a well-established retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a SME Product & Segment Manager for their team.

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of SME Product, you are responsible for the development of overall product planning of various SME Products (including SME Loans, SME Deposits, SME segment portfolio and channel sales performance) for branch, digital banking and direct marketing channels. You will work closely with sales, operations and project departments in launching new product programs to increase business profits. You are required to formulate segment strategy and digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement. In addition, you will manage marketing budget, product compliance control and conduct sales analysis to drive company targets effectively.

The successful applicant

To qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SME product development in banks.
• Sound knowledge in SME lending and /or SME Deposits product development, related product compliance, portfolio management and digital project management.
• Strong business sense, good marketing skills and able to work independently.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
