About our Client
A family office is looking for a Leasing Manager to oversee their mixed-portfolio. It is a stable environment but continues to expand its business.
About the Role
- Oversee all leasing matters, such as new letting, renewal and handling of leasing documents
- Explore and approach different potential tenants
- Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and agencies
- Coordinate with other stakeholders to follow up on fitting out, renovation and other issues
- Conduct market research for benchmarking, analysis etc
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines
- 5 years or above of leasing experience
- Independent, Flexible and open-minded
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
