About our Client
We are representing multinational sourcing company with regional office in Hong Kong. Due to the succession planning, they are looking for an Office Manager to supervise the team in Hong Kong and support overseas offices.
About the Role
- Reporting to the Head of HR, leading a team of 2
- Overseeing daily operations, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency
- Be the person in charge of any renovation and facilities management projects
- Serving as a point of contact between management, staff, and external clients or vendors
- Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in business management or any related discipline
- With minimum 10 years of office admin experience in multinational firm
- Solid experience in managing office admin budget and CAPEX
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Advance in MS Office and computing skills
