• Support the Production manager in cultivating strong partnerships with vendors to achieve top - notch production performance.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to plan production efficiently and effectively, meeting business requirements.
• Keep track of the bulk ready status to ensure smooth and timely production execution. This includes monitoring size set samples and TOP samples.
• Assist in Finished Goods supply planning and supplier reporting. Support sourcing management in analyzing performance matrices and conducting assessments to enhance data and analytics performance.
• Monitor order status and maintain data integrity and visibility within systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes and timely delivery.
• Manage seasonal T1 ship date confirmation. Identify any obstacles and implement solutions to improve the fulfillment of required ship dates (RSDs) and meet market demands.
• Ensure the timely submission of weekly T1 Work - in - Progress (WIP) reports. Through detailed analysis, identify potential delivery issues and work with vendors and cross - functional teams (such as materials, quality, and sourcing) to solve problems and mitigate delays promptly, aiming to reach scheduled delivery targets (SDP).
• Uphold the Workplace Code of Conduct of a well - known labor - related association and the principles of fair labor and responsible sourcing across the entire supply chain.
• Work closely with the global sourcing vendor sustainability team for quarterly business reviews and participate in training and capacity - building initiatives.
• Adhere to negotiated lead times and balanced annual capacities to promote responsible purchasing practices as per the company's Responsible Sourcing Policy.

• Hold a Degree in Merchandising, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Have 5+ years of experience in sourcing or merchandising. Experience in a multinational company's sourcing office is highly desirable.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, problem - solving, and multi - tasking abilities.
• Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Be proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems (such as SAP, Centric, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Experience in technical outerwear/ sportswear is preferred
