ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Associate/Recruitment Consultants in our Hong Kong office for the healthcare industry. You will learn to be a true business partner to your candidate and client - providing appropriate candidates and market knowledge to your clients. You will communicate with your candidates to have a better understanding of their career motivations and how we can assist.

• Work closely together to expand your influence in the healthcare market with support provided by KOS

What we look for from the successful applicants:

• Degree holder in clinically-related or science-related discipline
• Fresh graduate, or experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Development or healthcare/life science related positions are preferred
• Fluency in English
• Sound judgement, communication aptitude as well as commercial acumen
• Strong ethics and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for discovering untapped talent and finding promising careers for individuals
• Open for HR Professional who are looking for a change
