About The Client
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to join their dynamic team at a renowned hotel property. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives and enhance employee engagement within an international work culture.
About The Role
- Oversee all HR functions at the property level, including staff issues, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement events.
- Lead and mentor a small HR team to ensure effective support for all HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with business management while maintaining a functional reporting line to the Regional HR Director.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any HR issues that arise, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry, specifically at the property level.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
