About The Role

• Oversee all HR functions at the property level, including staff issues, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement events.
• Lead and mentor a small HR team to ensure effective support for all HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with business management while maintaining a functional reporting line to the Regional HR Director.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations and resolve any HR issues that arise, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry, specifically at the property level.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
