We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Manager level) to support a portfolio of approximately 1,000 technical staff, primarily engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business leaders. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a solid track record as a true HR business partner in sizeable corporations.

About The Role

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support.
• Manage HR initiatives for a diverse group of technical staff, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
• Support talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR business partner in sizeable organizations, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience in managing employee relations and driving change initiatives.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
