About our Client
We are representing a private equity company, they are looking for an Office Admin Executive to join the team.
About the Role
Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Management team
Support the Personal Assistant on travel arrangement, restaurant booking, meeting and scheduling
Responsible for the office administration tasks, including order office supplies, facilities management, courier arrangement and meeting room arrangement
- Able to handle outsource vendors and service provider to ensure smooth operation
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Associate degree holder or above
- With 5 years of office admin and secretary experience, ideally from financial services companies
- Motivated with positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediately available would be an advantage
