The Engineering Manager will oversee the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of our fleet, ensuring all aircraft remain airworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of aircraft performance.

Description

  • Lead and manage all maintenance operations for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance programs to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Manage inspections, repairs, and modifications*, ensuring all work is documented and meets quality standards.
  • Supervise and develop a team of engineers and technicians, providing training and mentorship.
  • Work closely with regulatory authorities to maintain airworthiness certification and compliance.
  • Coordinate spare parts procurement and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement and promote best practices in aviation safety and risk management.


Profile

  • Proven experience in aircraft engineering and maintenance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (CAD, EASA, or equivalent), safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise with regulatory bodies and senior management.
  • HKAR-66 B1.2 and/or B1.4 license or equivalent licese holder
  • Experience hadnling Cessna / Robinson aircraft will be a plus
