We are looking for a dedicated IT Security Manager / Senior Manager with a strong technical background and a keen interest in the commercial industry. This role demands an individual who can develop and implement comprehensive information security and IT risk management programs.

工作内容

As an IT Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing company-wide information security policies and procedures.
• Managing IT risk assessments and audits.
• Overseeing incident response planning and the investigation of security breaches.
• Training staff in information security awareness and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Implementing and managing security systems and software.
• Maintaining relationships with external IT vendors and consultants.
• Regularly reporting to senior management on security status and initiatives.

理想的求职者

A successful IT Security Manager should have:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent
• Relevant IT security certificates such as CISSP CISA CISM CEH etc.
• At least 8 years of IT Security Lead / Manager experience
• Sense of ownership, strong business sense and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Track record in driving and leading security awareness training programs as well as leading team on daily IT and cyber security operational matters.
• Ability in working with peer teams to ensure system stability.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
