Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for the agency's clients. This role works to drive acquisition and retention and build revenue growth for clients.

Our client is a uniquely positioned marketing agency which aims to empower multinational brands through cross-border digital marketing, performance marketing, social media content creation and e-commerce services.

Description

In this role, you will take charge of strategic execution and optimization by launching and refining operations on performance campaign platforms, leveraging your expertise in enhancing brand value and key media metrics such as ROI, CPC, and CTR. You will oversee daily campaign governance, managing the day-to-day operations of advertising accounts, ensuring timely optimizations and adjustments based on campaign outcomes, and conducting detailed performance data reviews to identify the most effective media channels.

Your platform mastery will be critical, as you utilize your in-depth familiarity with leading bidding platforms like Tencent/WeChat, Douyin, Red, and Weibo to translate client requirements into actionable strategies, including account setup, placement planning, ad copy creation, and execution. Additionally, you will bring innovative insight and testing to the table, demonstrating a keen intuition for emerging media products and buying methodologies, and proactively piloting tests to iteratively improve campaign effectiveness, ensuring a competitive edge in the dynamic market landscape.

Profile

The ideal candidate will bring specialized experience, with a proven track record of 2-3 years in hands-on performance media campaign operations, and prior experience in the consumer/retail industry being a significant advantage. You will possess deep platform knowledge, including a comprehensive understanding of performance media campaign intricacies such as buying methodologies, ad placement strategies, bidding algorithms, and billing structures, particularly within the context of beauty product promotions. Your data-driven acumen will be essential, as you demonstrate a heightened sensitivity to data trends and the ability to conduct insightful analyses that inform strategic decision-making.

Additionally, you will exhibit resilience and collaboration, excelling under pressure while displaying a high level of responsibility and exceptional communication skills to foster seamless teamwork and stakeholder engagement in the fast-paced sector.

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin is required and Cantonese is an advantage) and English will be required.
