Learning & Development Manager
The Learning & Development Manager will be the sole L&D professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the full cycle of learning and development programs across the organization. This role encompasses identifying training needs, developing training materials, delivering programs, and maintaining post-training records and analytics.

They are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to lead and manage our L&D initiatives single-handedly, driving impactful training programs that align with our strategic goals.
Description
- Conduct training needs assessments across various departments and regions to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including training materials, e-learning content, and workshops tailored to the needs of a global logistics workforce.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and virtual) as a facilitator or coordinate with external trainers when required.
- Manage the end-to-end L&D process, from planning and execution to evaluation and follow-up.
- Ensure training delivery is effective, interactive, and adaptable to diverse audiences across different regions and functions.
- Partner with the HR team to integrate L&D programs with talent management, onboarding, and succession planning strategies.
- Work closely with senior leaders to align training initiatives with the company's global vision, operational needs, and cultural values.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPLP, SHRM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or standalone role.
- Proven track record of managing the full L&D cycle in a complex, listed, or multinational company, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency in designing and delivering training programs, with experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) are an advantage for global coverage.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting using tools like Excel or HR analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
