As an AI Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing generative AI chatbots. The successful applicant will be responsible for evaluating, engineering, deployment, and support.

Description

• Perform data pre-processing and prompt engineering for the implementation of generative AI chatbots.
• Evaluate different large language models (LLM) to compare their performance and accuracy.
• Performance administrative and technical duties for different hyper advisors such as KVM and Hyper-V environment.
• Carry out support and development works for DevOps container deployment infrastructure and life cycle.
• Handle incident user request system administration and troubleshooting.
• Provide after office hours standby or emergency support when required.

Profile

• Higher diploma or above in an information technology related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Python, Java script and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
• Knowledge of the virtualization concepts, containers and DevOps models.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
