Our client is an esteemed Korean bank in Hong Kong is looking for a talented individual with 4 years of experience or more to join our team in a comprehensive risk management role, encompassing credit risk and market risk.

Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of risk management, with a primary focus on credit risk. Your duties will include:

• Assessing credit risk associated with diverse financial transactions
• Reviewing credit risk, and overall risk including IT risk reports
• Act as a key contact point for Headquarter and external agencies
• Managing market risk exposures and developing risk mitigation strategies
• Monitoring market trends and assessing their impact on the bank's risk profile
• Providing strategic insights on risk management to senior management

Profile

• Native Korean speaker with proficiency in English
• 4 years or more of experience in risk management, preferably with a focus on credit risk
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus
