They are now looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee their manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical production, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring quality and efficiency in all processes.

Description

• Manage day-to-day production operations to meet production goals and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance team performance.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee the maintenance of production equipment.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
