工作内容

  • Offer administrative support by preparing materials, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle various confidential documents, including reports, memos, and background notes.
  • Oversee travel arrangements for the management team, including booking tickets, processing visas, and managing expense claims.
  • Prioritise and manage incoming communication, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking unresolved matters.
  • Assist with the execution of strategic goals and initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination with relevant teams.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and contribute to the alignment of departmental activities.
  • Maintain efficient records, filing systems, and shared collaboration platforms for seamless communication.
  • Facilitate logistics for both in-person and virtual meetings while supporting event preparation and related deliverable.
  • Collaborate on office operations, providing team support and ensuring efficient work-flows.
  • Participate in larger organisational projects like audits, documentation improvements, and operational reviews.

 

理想的求职者

  • University degree and/or diploma in relevant studies or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in global or financial institutions.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational abilities, excelling in prioritisation, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken, with strong skills in Chinese and an advantage for those fluent in Mandarin.
  • Expert in utilising tools like Microsoft Office, email platforms, online resources, and collaborative systems such as Share-Point.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments, staying adaptable, calm, and effective while juggling dynamic workloads.
  • Excels in teamwork, capable of working independently and skilled in managing both physical and virtual events using appropriate technologies.
