Client Details
Our client is a large logistics group with business across the globe. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a Business Solution Manager to be strong with freight forward process, lead a small team to drive customer solutions projects revolving freight, PO and vendor management.
Description
- Manage a small Business Solution team to implement a PO and vendor management digital applications for customers.
- Maintain close communication with customers, collect & analyze user requirements and translate the requirements into system specification;
- work with an development team in China for project implementations
- Provide continuous support and maintenance of PO and vendor management applications
- Prepare test case, document the testing result and acceptance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Applications/ Platforms.
- n-depth domain knowledge in air freight operations (Air/ Ocean Freight; Supply Chain PO Management) with related application experience
- Strong in IT Business Analysis/ Project Management
- Experience in system implementation and full cycle Agile SDLC.
- Strong in stakeholders communication and vendor management
- Track record in team management and driving customer solutions projects is a plus
- Self-driven, dynamic and detail-minded team player
- Good command in Chinese and English
