In the current company's operational model, all the ones they hire are highly experienced and excellent developers. The team consists of about 5 to 10 Experienced Developers, and they're now looking to hire a more experienced Software Development Technical Lead.

Job Responsibilities

• Almost 100% tasked with designing algorithms, developing systems, and testing high-performance Node.js applications utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks;
• Leading a small engineering team which are front-end and backend development responsibilities;
• Hands-on building and developing a SaaS products, affiliate partnerships, and part of the online product application experience;
• Collaborate with internal teams in various departments to align on priorities, sequence work, and set and reset expectations proactively.
• Implementing best practice engineering methods and striving for operational excellence across the teams.

Profile

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and testing on <>applications
• Strong experience with TypeScript and <> frontend framework;
• Proven record in building highly scalable SaaS systems with Microservices architecture;
• Experience with platforms based on Ultra-Highly Distributed system design and development;
• Sounds knowledgeable in PostgreSQL and agile methodologies.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in K8s a similar container orchestration tool;
• Experience in multi-tenancy architecture;
