Due to project need, they are looking for a project consultant to join the team to lead our cloud migration initiatives. It will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of cloud migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management and business analysis, specifically in the IT and insurance sectors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to enhance future project delivery.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis.
• Proven experience in cloud migration projects, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-BA, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
