Our client is a startup skincare company with business in the Asia market. They are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Asia markets, focusing on brand positioning and growth.
• Design and execute online and offline promotional campaigns.
• Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and cultivate KOLs and brand ambassadors to enhance product visibility and credibility.
• Work closely with product development, supply chain, and other teams in different countries to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment for all marketing activities.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Profile

• The successful candidate should be a degree holder in Marketing, Business Administrative or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing in skincare or beauty industry, brand development experience in startup is highly preferred.
• Data-driven and strong statistical & analytical skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies in Hong Kong and China (SEO, SEM, content marketing etc.)
• Customer-driven, innovative and flexible team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese basic is strongly preferred.
