Client Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to join my client in an FMCG company. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong background in HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation activities are completed.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and assisting in conflict resolution.

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.

  • HR Records & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Assist in identifying training needs and organizing workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions. Assist in developing performance improvement plans and tracking progress.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other company functions. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Organize company events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination.

  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience. Assist in implementing new HR policies and procedures.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
