Description

• To oversee the daily operations of the company and develop policies & procedures
• Lead the development of training material and ensure they meet company needs
• Responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with engineering professional bodies
• Oversee and drive financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions, as well as to management procurement process to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance;

Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
• A minimum of 12 years' post qualification experience & experience in construction industry;
• Ability to formulate plans and strategies on the development programmes
• Strong networking skills with industry experts
