Description
- Daily Computer Maintenance for Hong Kong office including regular check and maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment to ensure stable performance.
- Assist in arranging and supporting various types of meetings to ensure the normal operation of conference equipment, including the use of video conferencing systems, telephone conferencing systems, projection equipment, etc.
- Responsible for the management and recording of IT assets, including the registration, update and scrapping process of hardware and software.
- Responsible for the establishment of domain accounts for new employees and related permission settings to ensure system security and data access rights.
- Configure of Cisco IP phones to ensure stable performance.
- Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner, and provide high-quality customer service.
- Provide network and server support, including the management of backup and monitoring systems.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology related discipline.
- Experience in IT support or related fields.
- Familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems, and basic network knowledge.
- Understand Cisco phone system and Domain Account management.
- Experience working in a Chinese company is a must.
- Good communication and writing skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English are mandatory.
- Have good problem-solving and communication skills.
