Our client is a leading international commercial group with a substantial global presence, seeking a proactive and experienced HR to join their HR team. This role will focus on business partnering, covering the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment and compensation and benefits administration for assigned business units and departments. The HR will act as the primary contact for all HR-related matters within the unit and play a key role in strategic talent management and HR analytics.
Description
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the dedicated department, providing support and guidance on HR matters.
- Manage the full employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead HR initiatives related to manpower planning and performance management.
- Conduct headcount calculations and provide analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate the Graduate Trainee Program, including job fairs, onboarding, and job rotation arrangements.
- Oversee HRIS system implementation and transformation projects.
- Act as the liaison between vendors and the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on system usage and best practices.
- Address employee inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and operational HR functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compensation and benefits administration, and talent management practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
