About The Client
Our client is a stable healthcare/ medical MNC, currently seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist with 8-10+ years of comprehensive HR experience to join their team. This role will dual-report to the Business General Manager and the HR Director, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with a solid understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
