Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the mortgage application and approval process.
- Generate leads and actively seek out potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to determine clients' eligibility and affordability for mortgage loans.
- Present and explain mortgage options, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring clear understanding and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with underwriting and loan processing teams to expedite the mortgage approval process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to effectively advise clients on the best mortgage solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach to drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
- Proven experience in mortgage sales, with a solid understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of financial assessment and risk evaluation.
- Familiarity with mortgage software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess appropriate licensing and certifications as required by regulatory authorities.

職責:

  • 建立並維持與潛在置業客戶的關係,協助其完成按揭申請及批核流程。
  • 主動拓展潛在客戶,包括透過轉介、人脈網絡及外展活動獲取新客源。
  • 進行全面的財務評估,確定客戶的按揭貸款資格及可負擔能力。
  • 向客戶介紹並講解按揭產品、條款及細則,確保他們充分理解並解答相關疑問。
  • 與核數及貸款處理團隊合作,加快按揭審批流程,提供卓越的客戶服務。
  • 持續了解市場趨勢、按揭產品及行業法規,為客戶提供最合適的按揭方案建議。
  • 達成及超越銷售目標,展現以業績為導向的工作態度,推動業務增長。

要求:

  • 持有金融、商業或相關學科的學士學位(優先考慮)。
  • 能操流利廣東話,具良好英語及普通話能力。
  • 具備按揭銷售經驗,熟悉按揭產品、法規及業界最佳操作。
  • 具備強勁的銷售技巧,曾成功達成或超越銷售目標。
  • 優秀的人際交往及溝通能力,善於與客戶建立信任關係並提供優質服務。
  • 注重細節,擁有良好的分析及解難能力。
  • 熟悉財務評估及風險分析。
  • 熟悉按揭系統及客戶關係管理(CRM)系統。
  • 能在快節奏的環境下獨立工作或團隊合作。
  • 持有相關監管機構所要求的有效牌照及認證。
