A mid-scale developer is looking for a Leasing Manager to manage their existing and upcoming serviced apartment and retail podium

About the Role

• Formulate and implement leasing plan and strategies
• Handle all leasing matters including leasing enquiry, pre-leasing, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Liaise and co-ordination with internal and external parties
• Prepare budget planning and rental forecast
• Prepare regular reports on leasing business performance

The successful applicants

• Degree or above in Real Estate, Surveying or other related disciplines
• 8 years or above in Retail and Residential leasing experience
• Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Knowledge of BMO and other Ordinance
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
