Our client is a well-known conglomerate and they are looking for System Analyst to join their corporate IT team.

Job Description

• Lead a team and drive various B2C digital application including mobile app, website, CRM, loyalty engine and data analytic platform
• Identify and analyse business needs, and propose optimal business models and digital solutions to management
• Work closely with business units, contractors and vendors to ensure all deliverables are completed on time with quality
• Conduct system design, requirement alignment, prepare technical specifications, test case and deployment in full SDLC
• Manage and supervise junior programmers, and conduct code review
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents and problems, and provide technical support to business units
• Keep abreast of latest developments and trends in technology, industry and business domains of digital customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in application or enterprise system development using .NET core
• Good understanding of driving digital customer journey in enterprise systems such as D365 ERP, Dynamic CRM, data analytic platform and cloud native app
• General understanding in Azure cloud architecture design
• Skills in SQL server, OracleDB, Git, PowerBI and/or Visual Studio is preferred
• Excellent in vendor management
• Self-motivated, good leadership skills with strong problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
