About The Role
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams on commercial analysis
Drive cost efficiency and profitability
Support digital finance transformation initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership across the region
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience in FP&A, ideally from FMCG, healthcare, or other consumer sectors
Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred); knowledge of BI tools is an advantage
Commercial mindset with solid experience in business partnering
Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Excellent communication skills in English; regional exposure is a plus
