Our client is a renowned FMCG group in Hong Kong, recognized for successfully marketing and distributing their products worldwide. To sustain the group's ongoing development, they are seeking a Head of On Trade for the HORECA channels to join their expanding business.


Responsibility

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the On Trade channel, focusing on HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) markets.
• Lead the team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience with FMCG/HORECA background in sales operations, account management & business development
• Proven records of experience in the HORECA/food service industry are a definite advantage
• Energetic, well-organized and proactive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
