About the Client

A well-established supplier of construction materials is currently seeking for a dedicated individual to join them as the Human Resources Manager.

About the Role

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits and HR compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness
• Lead the revamp and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the firm
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 15 years of full spectrum HR management experience gained from relevant sectors i.e Trading & Distribution / Manufacturing / Wholesale will be an advantage
• Prior people management skills while familiar collaborating with key business stakeholders and owners
• Experience and knowledge of handling ESG Reports and CSR initiatives is a MUST
• Strong MS Office user i.e Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player with concise communication with good multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
