About The Role
Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of large transaction volumes from multiple sales channels.
Conduct detailed sales and inventory reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies between systems.
Prepare and post month-end accounting entries related to AR, sales, and inventory.
Analyze store-level gross profit (GP) and sales trends to support management reporting.
Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and IT teams to ensure data alignment and operational accuracy.
Participate in UAT and system enhancements to improve AR and inventory processes.
Support ad hoc projects related to sales, revenue recognition, and inventory flow in a high-volume retail environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent professional body.
- 8-12 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong command of ERP systems and MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
