About The Client
Our client is a dynamic Family Office with investments across diverse sectors, including Financial Services, Arts, Retail, and more. They are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel (PQE 8-10+) to join as part of the growing team. Ideally candidates with in-house experience across general commercial and M&A, immediate available candidates will be a definite advantage.

About The Role

• Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of investment activities.
• Challenge the status quo to develop innovative solutions that balance risk and opportunity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests.
• Handle M&A transactions and other complex legal matters.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• PQE of 8-10+ years, with significant in-house legal experience preferred.
• Strong background in private investments, ideally with M&A experience.
• A non-conventional thinker who is willing to challenge norms and propose bold strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Chinese), with the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
