Our client is a reputable property investment group with an international portfolio spanning key markets including the US and UK. Known for its strong financial discipline and long-term vision, the group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support its overseas property business unit. This is a unique opportunity for accounting professionals to join a stable and well-established organization with global exposure.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, and group consolidation

• Conduct financial analysis for overseas property entities

• Liaise with auditors and assist in interim and annual audits

• Coordinate with teams in HK, the US, and UK on financial matters

• Support international tax compliance (particularly in US & UK)

• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by management

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA / CPA Australia or equivalent)

• Minimum 4 years' experience in audit or accounting, preferably with exposure to property industry or international businesses

• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

• Experience working with overseas teams or clients is a plus
